Home & Castle Polegate were brilliant with the sale of my property in Willingdon. The owner and manager Tracey Wells had a list of contacts and each performed tasks superbly getting the property to an optimum saleable condition covering: painting,/DIY, flooring, cleaning, gardening and house clearance. The office team were also very efficient, supportive and friendly at all times. I was impressed that all phone calls and emails were immediately followed up with and when needed with solutions. My house sale was a demanding partial refurbishment project with associated logistical and time challenges. However the support I received from this company ensured that everything was achieved on time, to a very high standard, with an end result that I achieved my asking price.
