Tenant Find Service in East Sussex – for landlords who want to self-manage, landlords who are familiar with the administration and management tasks that come with owning and letting a property, our stand-alone tenant find service could be just the thing.

How we help

Home & Castle’s Letting Team will market your property to an outstanding standard.  The team will also conduct viewings and carry out all the necessary references and credit checks.   

Tell us the sort of person you’re looking for and we’ll aim to find them.  It goes without saying that reliable tenants are essential.  Rest assured that our team has the expertise to ensure that your tenants have a solid background and a good credit history.  

What else do we offer Landlords? 

  • Photographing the property to show off the home at its best
  • Preparing the tenancy agreement, collecting the deposit and one month’s rent in advance
  • Holding the applicant’s deposit in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Arranging the return of the security deposit at the end of the tenancy (if not disputed)

Should you need it, we can also arrange for a Gas Safety Certificate, an EPC and provide floor plans.  For your peace of mind, we can also create and manage and inventory.

Further time-saving services include a check-in and check-out service and a deposit reconciliation (in the case of a disputed end-of-tenancy deposit).  We can even renew the tenancy after a 12-month term on your behalf.
