Home & Castle Estate Agents was founded by our Director, Tracey Wells.

We are an independent local business, serving the needs of home buyers, property sellers, landlords and tenants throughout our beautiful county of East Sussex.  We operate in areas such as Eastbourne, Hailsham, Polegate, Bexhill, Hastings and St. Leonards.  Home & Castle’s services reach further though – so don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re outside our typical geographical reach.

We also act on behalf of sellers and tenants of commercial property, offering first class customer service at every level in an often complicated part of the property sector.

Tracey has over 25 years’ experience in the property sector. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, there’s no property-related challenge that’s defeated her – well ”at least not yet”, she says, with a smile!
