Meet Tracey Wells, Director

Home + Castle Estate Agents was founded by our Director, Tracey Wells.

Tracey has over 30 years’ experience in the property sector around the UK. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, there’s no property-related challenge that’s defeated her – “well, at least not yet”, she says, with a smile!

If you’re looking to invest in any type of property - or land and new homes, Tracey’s expertise is second to none. Her combined skills have enabled her to grow Home + Castle into the thriving business that it is today with the help of her amazing team and contacts.

If possible, we’ll arrange appointments on the same day as a potential buyer contacts us. Viewing appointments will always be accompanied by one of our team.

You’ll be liable for our fees only if we introduce a buyer who exchanges contracts. It’s therefore very much in our interests to sell your property promptly, with a clear focus on getting you the best price without compromise. It’s all about our attention to detail – and our expertise.

Yes. Our terms of business will be confirmed with you in writing before we start marketing your property.

Our Lettings Team undertakes comprehensive checking on all our applicants. These include references, such as employee and character references, credit checking and if necessary, we can ensure a guarantor for your tenants.

No tenant will take up occupancy in your property without meeting their full initial financial obligations to you and our confidence that they will be able to maintain rental payments.

Yes of course. Take a look at our Fully Managed Property Services page. As a busy landlord, you’ll know that there are many different aspects to renting your property. We’ll take care of all the property maintenance, rental reviews, end-of-tenancy issues – and everything in between. We also offer Tenant Find services.

We can definitely help you here. We have a wide variety of commercial properties on our books. Don’t forget to ask us about service charges, as these can be quite steep. Also, talk to us about an initial rent-free period; this period could cover any fitting out that the property needs.
